Psalm 19:14 (KJV) “Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.”
LORD, we recognize that You are the Eternal Word. We also recognize that You never did anything that was unpleasing to the Father and the words You spoke were always “Spirit and Life!”
LORD, You warned us that we would be “justified and condemned” by the words that we speak because they ALWAYS present the condition of our hearts and what matters to us the most. As we are in the first month of this New Year, help us to be mindful of the words we speak – knowing fully well that they spring forth from the meditation of our heart.
LORD, You are the Faithful and True Witness! This means that everything You speak and give testimony to emanate from the Well-Spring of healing and deliverance. You can never speak falsely, or with a double-mind; for, You are totally submitted to the Will of the Father and seek only to please Him. It is our desire to be like You in all manner of our “conversation” – both in all we say and in all we do!
LORD, we call upon the Holy Spirit to overshadow our hearts with His Power and Presence as He did when You created the heaven and the earth. May He “move” over our hearts as He did when He “moved” over the “face of the waters” so that Your “order” will prevail in our lives and be made manifest by all we say and do. May the words or our mouths, and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable to You, O LORD!
We seek Your Face to transform hearts to eliminate the murder of infants in their mother’s wombs, for the salvation of the Jews, the Peace of Jerusalem, an increased harvest of souls, and increased laborers in Your Vineyard. We ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! Amen!
